I posted this on their Facebook page today:

My wife’s card is defective and she was told to visit your Valletta office. We tried early this afternoon but after 30 minutes in a queue that seemed to be going nowhere, we gave up.

Do you offer a more efficient alternative to replace the malfunctioning card that you sent her?
