To be fit – we all wish it and many of us try hard to be fit by exercising regularly. Because I’m a teacher and a chocoholic, I walk, cycle and run most days of the week to keep this body in a good working condition.
If it is important to be fit, then so must sleeping fitfully, right? Wrong! This word is a false friend, so be careful. As you will understand from the book quote above, when you sleep fitfully, you have a night of interrupted sleep; certainly not the best way to wake up refreshed in the morning.
Use it or you lose it!
Whenever I drink a cappuccino after 4pm, then I know for sure that I’m going to have a fitful night. What about you? What makes you sleep fitfully? And is there anything you can do about it?

Julio’s contribution: When if I eat something after 9:00 pm is sure that I will have a fitful night, so then I have to read a lot to make me more tired and try to sleep better, but it doesn’t always works.
